St George’s provides care for children aged between 4½ and 11 during the school holidays, either full time or part time.
Our Holiday Club offers a variety of indoor and outdoor activities to occupy, challenge and entertain the children in our large garden, the children can join in with football, netball, basketball or tennis. They have a vegetable plot where they can grow and care for fruit and vegetables which they then prepare, cook and eat.
Indoors the children can choose from a wide variety of arts, crafts, board games, construction bricks and are able to play with our computer, Wii and PSP3.
All Holiday Club activities are supervised by enthusiastic and experienced staff with relevant qualifications. The staff will organise projects that are initiated from the interests of the children.
Out and about
Our trained mini-bus drivers will take the children on trips to local places of interest, including parks and adventure playgrounds. On occasion, we travel further afield, Herstmonceux Science Cente, Knockhatch Adventure Park, Hastings Museum and Aquarium, Bedgebury Pinetum............ You will know before you book the days of the trips as they may incure an additional cost to you.
Holiday club is open during half-terms and school holidays. We are currently unable to cater for Inset Days.
